By organizing and operating an actual business enterprise, students not only learn how businesses function, they also learn about the structure of free enterprise system and the benefits it provides. Participants age: 14-16 |
The volunteer is responsible for assisting the students to come up with a business idea and a product or service, to write a business plan, and to create a presentation and a stand to represent the business during the Student Business Day. |

Assist the students during job shadow at your company. Conduct presentations on various departments roles, give tasks to complete, and follow the instructions in JA Job Shadow materials. |
