In September 2010, with the support of Bakcell Ltd. and in partnership with Alcatel-Lucent Azerbaijan, Junior Achievement Azerbaijan launched the second phase of the Introduction to Mobile Telecommunications Business Program. In July 2010, JAA signed the partnership agreements with leading oil company contractors represented in Azerbaijan in support of JAA’s School Economics Education Program.
