Junior Achievement Azerbaijan Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Stein A. Bogwald, the outgoing Chairman of JAA Board of Directors, Mr. David K. Churchman, the outgoing Deputy Chairman of JAA Board of Directors, and Mr. Nicholas Blower, outgoing member of JAA Board of Directors, for their invaluable contribution to the organization's successful operation in Azerbaijan over the past years. These gentlemen led Junior Achievement Azerbaijan through the challenging development years and brought it to the current level of success by contributing their time and efforts. On behalf of Junior Achievement Azerbaijan's Board of Directors and staff, we would like to wish Mr. Churchman, Mr. Bogwald and Mr. Blower success.
JAA also welcomes Ms. Aysel Asgerova from Exxon Mobil, Mr. Teymur Abasguliev from PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ms. Marguerite Baker from The Eurasia Foundation to become members of Junior Achievement Azerbaijan Board of Directors. We are sure that their expertise and enthusiasm will contribute to further expansion and improvement of our organization and they will enjoy the experience.

Junior Achievement provides teachers, and schools with concrete programmes, and allows students to learn how to put theory into practice and to understand what entrepreneurship is about. In this way students gain self-confidence and motivation, become proactive and learn how to work in a team. This is an important investment in Europe's future.
