On January 19, at the NASDAQ Market Site in Times Square, Junior Achievement USATM (JA) rang the closing bell and unveiled its new Digital Program Strategy, which will provide a blueprint for relevant, responsive, and innovative programs that build young people's capacity to spur economic development and contribute to America's global economic competitiveness.
The Digital Program Strategy was created with input from a task force comprised of representatives from 16 organizations across the academic, tech, government, non-profit and corporate sectors, uniting competitors such as Apple and Microsoft in the purpose of inspiring and preparing young people for success in a global economy. It aims to enhance the use of technology in Junior Achievement's program development and delivery, with a goal of driving systemic change in work-readiness education.
