Dear Students and Teachers,
JA Azerbaijan announces the start of elimination rounds for the 2011/2012 National Management and Economics Competition. The elimination rounds will take place according to the following schedule:
Elimination Round for Regional High School Students:
December 17, 12 PM, Mingechevir School #3.
The costs for traveling students and teachers from other regions will be fully covered.
Elimination Round for High School and Undergraduate Students from Baku and Sumgayit:
December 24, 14.30 AM, Baku School #164.
Note: All interested students are required to apply to JA Azerbaijan office for registration.
All teams have to arrive for 30 minutes before the competition starts. Latecomers will be disqualified. Undergraduate students are requried to show student cards at the entrance. The students with no cards or those who did not pass the registration will not be admitted.
The successful teams will advance to the competition’s finals. All finalists of the National Contest will participate in the Global JA TITAN Competition.
Junior Achievement provides teachers, and schools with concrete programmes, and allows students to learn how to put theory into practice and to understand what entrepreneurship is about. In this way students gain self-confidence and motivation, become proactive and learn how to work in a team. This is an important investment in Europe's future.
