Program Name: Community Economics and Business Education Program Phase II (CEBEP II)
Program Goals by Target Groups:
• Municipalities – Help 5 regional municipalities to establish social enterprises that will contribute to their financial sustainability and address a range of social challenges
• Teachers – Train teachers from 15 schools on teaching economics, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and work-readiness
• Students (age 15-17) – Provide students with hands-on opportunities to learn economics, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and work-readiness through training sessions, operating actual business, participation in national and international competitions, job interviews, and job shadow
• Students (age 17) – Provide students in senior grades with additional training on subjects necessary for college admission and conduct counseling on career choices

Program Goals:
• Create and administer Junior Achievement Asia-Pacific website, which will utilized by countries in the region under supervision of JA Worldwide

Program Name: Graduate Entrepreneurship Training through Information Technologies (GET-IT)
Program Goals:
• GET-IT is one of HP’s flagship social investment initiatives and helps young unemployed people and graduates – aged 16 to 25 – acquire the business and IT skills to enter professional life or to create their own businesses. GET-IT’s goal is to help young people master the dynamics of using of information technology in very small businesses. |
